Via West hosts many community groups at our facility. We are more than happy to serve your group at our beautiful and serene 13 acre campus. We are simply the perfect setting for all types of meetings, workshops, retreats and community gatherings. Our facilities sleep up to 160 people and our facilities meet all ADA standards and are ideal for both adults and children.

$79.00 per person per day: *Minimum of 35 people*
 
(Check in between 3pm and 5pm – check out between 12pm and 2pm)
 

  • Lodge Accommodations
  • Meal Service – three meals and an afternoon snack – selections made one week prior to stay from our designated menu
  • Full Camp Facility Use
    • Main Lodge and Smaller Meeting Areas
    • Hiking and Circuit Training Trails
    • Sports Court  
    • Mini Indoor Gym
    • Pools – extra charge if you do not bring your own certified lifeguard

$39.00 per person per day: *Minimum of 20 people*

Group may use the following areas of the facility with payment of the designated fee:

  • Kitchen – commercial kitchen for $500.00 per day
  • Pools – use of pools $200.00 per day. Group can bring own certified lifeguard or Via West can provide lifeguards at approximately $30.00 per hour per lifeguard for a minimum of 4 hours.

 
Via West Day Use Package
 
$20.00 per day per person: *Minimum of 20 people*
(Day use 8am to 5pm)

 

  • Limited Facility Use
    • Main Lodge and Smaller Meeting Areas
    • Hiking and Circuit Training Trails
  • Meals may be provided - selections made one week prior to stay from our designated menu – fee of $10.00 per person per meal

 
Via West Limited Use Conference Package
 
Our main lodge can be used to host a conference on an hourly basis. We will provide your tables, chairs, projectors, sound systems, etc. You will probide all other needs. (*Does not include kitchen use)
 

  • Hourly Rate - $150.00
  • 4 Hour Block Rate - $500.00

Who uses the Via West facilities?

We have hosted many non-profit groups over the years. Many organizations find that our facility is the perfect place to host annual meetings, workshops, retreats and special functions.
 
 
Where is Via West located?

Our facility is conveniently located on 13-wooded acres nestled in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains in Stevens Creek County Park just 15 miles west of San Jose and 45 miles south of San Francisco. 
 
 
What types of amenities are available at Via West?

Our facility has six modern and accessible sleeping lodges equipped with bathrooms, showers and heaters, a spacious main lodge ideal for large meetings and workshops as well as hiking and nature trails accessible from the main campus.  We also have a newly surfaced sports court for retreat and workshop activities. 
 
 
Do you provide meals?

We can serve meals to your group or you can bring in catering service.  We have a full kitchen with all the necessary amenities.  Our main lodge can hold up to 160 individuals for dining.
 
 
Can we stay overnight?

Via West has sleeping accommodations in our newly remodeled lodges that have bathrooms, showers and heaters.    
 
 
What is the average time a group stays at Via West?

Most groups stay over a weekend period.
